My name is Vijay Ajinath Mane. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 1999.

With a vision to contribute to the agricultural sector, I started an agro service center that focused on providing high-quality seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers to farmers. Our goal was simple — to ensure that farmers had access to reliable and effective agricultural inputs.

Over time, I observed that in many regions of Maharashtra, the seed market was dominated by a limited number of companies. This realization inspired me to take a step forward. I decided to enter the seed production field with a clear mission — to break the monopoly and offer farmers better choices, higher quality, and greater trust.

This marked the beginning of a new journey — the foundation of our company, built on the principles of quality, integrity, and farmer empowerment.

Finally, we established our organization — Saisrushti Farmer Producer Company Limited, located at Mirajgaon, Taluka Karjat, District Ahilyanagar (Pin Code: 414401).

Under this company, we introduced our brand — Kanchan Seeds. The name ‘Kanchan’ symbolizes gold, reflecting our commitment to delivering pure, valuable, and high-quality seeds to farmers.

Our core aim is clear — to introduce the right varieties in the right places, ensuring better productivity, sustainability, and prosperity for farmers.

With this vision, we continue to work towards strengthening agriculture and empowering the farming community.

In the beginning, it was not easy. Generally, people are hesitant to accept local products, as they tend to rely more on established brands. However, in my region, both dealers and farmers placed their trust in us and accepted our products wholeheartedly.

Their confidence and positive results proved that Kanchan Seeds truly stands as ‘the real gold for farmers.’

With this growing trust, we expanded our portfolio by introducing a wide range of high-quality seed varieties:
